At Lux Aeterna, twice a month on Saturdays, a model poses for three hours in a portrait workshop. Open practice, all techniques welcome, easels provided, guidance available.

Delve into the art of portraiture
Explore both the likeness and the intimacy of a face. At Lux Aeterna, we offer sessions dedicated to this demanding and fascinating practice, in a focused yet welcoming atmosphere. We invite inspiring models to enrich your work.
Each workshop is built around a single three-hour pose. This extended time allows for deeper observation, careful construction in drawing or painting, and the opportunity to move beyond quick sketches to capture the model’s depth and presence. Participants are free to change places during the session to vary their perspective and broaden their approach.
The practice is open: everyone can work at their own pace, with the technique of their choice. The founder of the studio, Adrien Eyraud, is also present to accompany those who wish and to offer personalized guidance. Easels are provided to ensure comfortable working conditions.
These portrait workshops take place twice a month. They are open to anyone wishing to develop their practice, whether motivated beginners or experienced artists.
