General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) & Internal Regulations
The workshops presented on the website https://luxaeterna.paris are conducted by Adrien Eyraud, a painter registered under SIRET number 811175788900019 and MDA order number E388707. These general terms and conditions & internal regulations apply to all annual courses, workshops, and training sessions offered. By registering, you fully accept these terms. We strongly recommend that you download and print them when you register.
General Terms and Conditions of Sales
1. Registration and Booking
Annual and quaterly Courses
- Registrations are open year-round, subject to availability.
- Registration is validated only after receiving the completed form and the first payment.
Workshops and Training Sessions
- Reservations for workshops and training sessions can be made online via the dedicated form, email exchanges, or in person at the studio.
- A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.
- It is mandatory to tick the box « I have read and accept the GTC » when booking via the online form. In all cases of online booking, these GTC apply.
2. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Annual Courses: Fees are payable in three equal installments or in a single payment (benefiting from a 5% discount).
- Quarterly Courses: Payment can be made in two installments or in a single payment (with a 10% discount).
- Workshops and Training Sessions: Payment must be made in a single installment.
Accepted Payment Methods:
- Bank transfer
- Cash (in-person only)
- Check
- Practical payment details will be included in the registration email.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Annual or Quarterly Courses
- In case of cancellation before the start of the courses, a partial refund of 50% of the registration fees will be issued (deducting banking and administrative fees).
- No refund is possible after the trial session or once the courses have started, regardless of the reason, including relocation or illness.
Workshops or Training Sessions
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start: full refund minus administrative and banking fees (€50).
- Cancellation between 30 and 14 days: 50% of the amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 25% of the amount will be refunded.
- Cancellation 7 days before the start: 10% of the amount will be refunded.
- No refund is possible from the start of the workshop.
- Adrien Eyraud reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a workshop in case of force majeure or insufficient registrations. In such cases, a full refund will be offered.
4. Responsibilities
- Participants are responsible for their personal equipment.
- Adrien Eyraud cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Each participant must comply with safety instructions and the studio’s internal regulations.
5. Intellectual Property
- All teaching materials provided during courses, workshops, or training sessions remain the intellectual property of Adrien Eyraud.
- Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
6. Personal Data
The information collected during registration is necessary for processing your request. It is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties.
7. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before resorting to the competent courts in Paris.
Internal Regulations
1. General Rules
- Participants must comply with instructions provided by the teaching team and safety rules.
- Punctuality is essential for the smooth running of workshops.
- Cleaning and tidying up the used materials are mandatory after each session.
- Shared equipment must be used carefully and returned in good condition.
- Any violation of these rules will result in immediate exclusion without refund.
2. Respect for Models and Image Rights
- Models must be treated with respect and consideration. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate exclusion without refund.
- Photographs of models are permitted only with their explicit consent. Photos must be reviewed and approved by the model before any use.
- Permission to photograph does not constitute permission to publish or share. Photographs are strictly for artistic purposes.
- Any violation of these rules will result in immediate exclusion without refund.
3. Photographing Participants and Their Work
- Adrien Eyraud and the Lux Aeterna studio reserve the right to photograph participants and their works during courses and workshops.
- These photographs may be used for promotional purposes on the website, social networks, or in publications related to the studio’s publicity (journals, specialized magazines, etc.).
- Participants who wish to oppose this use must notify the studio in writing, by email, or through the contact form. From the moment of notification, photos featuring the participant will have their faces blurred; previously published photos will be retained.
